What! You have only five days worth of faith in the Rox pitching staff? You don't write off their pennant hopes until the rest of the team shows up? Granted, they're young, and they're good (they made the major leagues at least!), but they still have to play at Coors Field. So I say you're wrong Mr. Fumbling: The Rockies will not lose their pennant hopes until at least April 15.
After years of midseason disappointment, leading to frustration, I've decided to speed up the process to see if it leads to dilerious euphoria at some point around October. I'll keep you posted on how it goes.
My name is Jared Fiel. I write a humor column from Greeley, Colorado, that appears in a couple newspapers. I recently published a book called "Fumbling Thru Fatherhood"
I have a lovely wife,
Tracy, and two cool
kids, Alex and Andy.
